Upon purchasing The Tinder Box in Rapid City, SD., the new owners knew they had to find a solution for the cigar smoke. They visited the cigar bar before buying the establishment and immediately noticed a blue haze that filled the space after only four cigars were lit.
The new owners reached out to our team to learn more about how they could benefit from our Blue Ox commercial air cleaners. We developed an air pattern based on the floorplan of The Tinder Box and installed four Blue Ox OX1100-CF air cleaners.
The Blue Ox air cleaners have been an excellent solution for the cigar smoke and have made a huge difference at The Tinder Box. The regulars were amazed to see that the blue haze was no longer a bother and new guests come in and stay due to the comfort of clean air!
Blue Ox OX1100-CF air cleaners feature a straight-thru pattern airflow with a grill/fan on one side and filters on the other end.
These units are excellent for tobacco smoke, welding fume, grinding dust, or any application requiring sub-micron filtration and odor control. OX1100-CF systems also include a 2” thick carbon after-filter for mild odor control.
